Health Insurance
Enrolling individuals 65yrs and under into an Individual and Family Health plan (IFP). Writing Medicare policies for individuals who qualify (65yrs and older or younger people with certain disabilities). Signing up small businesses that need group insurance. Charging an out of state fee for individuals who need consultation, excluding Medicare eligible individuals.

Insurance Consultation
Where you will be asked questions about what you need in an insurance plan, as well as a few other questions. We will also go over insurance terminology for those who are not familiar.
Research Right Health Plan For Clients
We start exploring your options within the health insurance choices provided. We will research in network facilities, doctors and prescription medications for those who already have doctors they are trying to stay connected with. We will also do the same for new insurers.
Enroll Clients Into The Health Plan Of Their Choice
This is the last part of the service we do for you, after you have chosen your plan. Depending on which way you purchased your plan (i.e. through the marketplace (Connect for Health Colorado) or directly with a carrier, will determine if you pay your premium at the time of enrollment or later.
Medicare Consultation and Enrollment
We will go over the differences between Medicare Supplement Plans and Medicare Advantage Plans and find out which one is best for you. We will then do a needs analysis that includes research in network doctors, facilities, and prescription coverage. After the research, we will go over plans and then write your policy (enrollment).
Yes, I would like to have a licensed insurance agent from BlueLyte Health call or email me about Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plans, and/or Medicare Supplement insurance. This is a solicitation for insurance.
Group Insurance
For employers with a small business (2-50 employees) who are looking for group insurance for their employees, we will ask you questions in order to find out what plan(s) you need for your company. We will then go over network doctors, facilities, and prescription coverage. Lastly, we will enroll your employees
Out of State/Area Consultation -
$20/hour per session
If you are a person who needs health insurance consultation/advice and you live out of our service area/out of state, we can still help you. We will not be able to enroll you into a plan, but we can make sure you have the right information (for a fee), so you’ll know how to read and choose your plan. The fee excludes Medicare eligible individuals.
